Donna offers individual mediumship sessions designed to facilitate a meaningful connection with loved ones who have transitioned. With compassion and clarity, she serves as a bridge between worlds, delivering messages that bring comfort, affirmation, and a deep sense of continued presence. These sessions can offer you a sacred space for healing. Note: some Soul Journey Bundles include this session, please indicate this when selecting the length of your session.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens—and Donna will always do her best to accommodate unexpected situations. To honor everyone’s time and energy, please note the following: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. - No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. If you're a returning client who receives a loyalty discount, please remember to apply your discount code at the time of booking—we’re unable to issue partial refunds if the code is missed. - Emailed questions after a reading will not be answered outside of a scheduled session. If something comes up afterward, you're welcome to bring it to your next booked reading. - If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be offered for late arrivals. Please plan to arrive on time or a few minutes early. Thank you for understanding and respecting these boundaries—it helps keep Donna's time with you focused, clear, and powerful.
